"The Asian American Society of Central Virginia (AASoCV) is a non profit charitable 501 c (3) organization established in 1998 to promote unity and diversity in Central Virginia. Through various cultural celebrations and active participation in various community events we raise awareness and recognition of Asian heritage in the region. We also strive to enhance relationships amongst Asian and non Asian communites through education and cultural exchange. Please join us at the Greater Richmond Convention Center for the annual Asian American celebration on May 7th, 2011 and other AASoCV sponsored events."
